FREE PROOFS

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will provide you with a free proof for each product you wish to personalize. A final approval of all artwork is required before we proceed with customizing your order.

ONE TIME SET-UP FEES

Our design department can help you create the perfect image. There is a one-time set-up fee for a new plate or modification to an existing plate. 

Plates and dies remain the property of Ronor and can be reused for future orders at no additional cost. Additional charges may apply for special printing projects.

LOGOS AND IMAGES

All logos must be sent in an electronic vector file in one of the following formats: .AI or .EPS. A minimum image resolution of 300 dpi is required for all digitally printed projects.
